| JASMINE WATSON graduated from Unitec School of Design, New Zealand, in 1995 with a Diploma in Jewellery Design. Her work includes designing and creating the jewellery for Peter Jackson’s Academy Award winning ‘The Lord of the Rings’ film trilogy, and designing and making jewellery for the Disney film production of ‘The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.’ Jasmine has exhibited jewellery at Te Papa: Wellington, New Zealand House: London, The Natural History Museum: London, and in the United States and Australia. Her jewellery designs are inspired by the ornate floral detail of Oriental textiles and adornment. |
